we are
Cotfield Mirrors is a small craft business based in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, with husband and wife team and creators, Alan and Carol Moncrieff.
“For over 25 years, we have evolved through different styles. Recycling wood, saving it from landfill, using stained glass, vintage china & making 3d mosaics have all become what we love the most.
It's also a pleasure to make custom orders & see them hanging in people's homes”.
What we do
We specialise in bespoke, hand-crafted mirrors, mosaics, and decorative items all produced using recycled materials including reclaimed industrial wood, drift wood, mirror glass, stained glass and ceramics.
Alan and Carol have a wonderful display available in the lovely gallery space shared with Café Under the Spire based in the beautiful grade II church built in 1840 on Bensham bank.
